Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital, formerly known as Qingdao Women and Children's Medical Care Center, is formed by the merger of Qingdao Maternity Hospital, Qingdao Children's Hospital, Qingdao Maternity and Child Health Center, and Qingdao Family Planning Research Institute. It is now a three-A hospital integrating medical treatment, health care, rehabilitation, scientific research and teaching.

Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital is formed by the merger of Qingdao Maternity Hospital, Qingdao Children's Hospital, Qingdao Maternity and Child Health Center, and Qingdao Family Planning Research Institute. There are currently 3 divisions.

It has a complete set of departments in the hospital, with more than 40 specialized clinical departments and health departments in obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics. Therefore, we can provide medical, health care and rehabilitation services for women and children in all-round way. Among them, there are 6 provincial key clinical special departments and key specialties (cardiovascular surgery, obstetrics, pediatric internal medicine, children's heart center, neonate department, reproductive medicine center), 1 A-class key department of municipal medical and health (children's heart center), 5 key departments in category B (neonatal, reproductive medicine, obstetrics, pediatric hematology oncology department, and children's health care).
